Strategy, Branding, Creative Development, Guest Experience
The Threefoot Hotel emerges as downtown Meridian’s new social epicenter, anchoring the revitalization of the historic district within the restored 1929 Art Deco landmark. Named for the Threefoot family—German immigrants whose patriarch Abraham Dreyfus anglicized his surname upon arriving in Mississippi—this 16-story architectural marvel was once the tallest building in East Mississippi. The branding honors Meridian’s rich railway legacy while maintaining a modern, relevant aesthetic that connects past and present. From research to launch, the project celebrates both the family’s entrepreneurial legacy and the building’s transformation from National Register landmark to contemporary hospitality destination.
