Omni’s new branding was designed to better reflect the remarkable evolution and elevation Omni has witnessed over the last decade. It honors Omni’s heritage, while providing a more contemporary and elevated aesthetic to better connect with a younger and more affluent demographic. Grounded in extensive customer research, the new positioning and its visual representation, was designed to capture the sense of approachable luxury, deeply personal service and destination-driven experience that Omni’s guests value.

To debut its new visual identity we created the brand marketing campaign: Experiences Matter Here across all channels including a website refresh, email, dynamic video, photography, hotel collateral, social media and full funnel paid advertising campaign. The campaign highlights the rich experiences and memorable moments that are at the heart of what makes Omni special.
