Following a landmark renovation, Naples Grande sought a new identity. Considering the target guest and regional culture, we launched the independent hotel as a family-focused eco-resort built to serve business and leisure guests alike. Showcasing the mangrove forest between the hotel and the beach, we embraced the idea of teaching about the importance of this tree and the ecological topic. By conceptualizing a theme of “Everyday Escape,” the printed collateral, newly designed website and marketing campaign were all developed to support the launch. The development of a new guest experience map also helped shape an updated kids’ program named “Loggerheads.”
