Boxcar

A rooftop bar and casual dining destinations are perched atop the new Threefoot Hotel overlooking the historic center of Meridian, Mississippi. The name was inspired by the city’s celebrated railroad heritage which was the source of considerable growth and prosperity for Meridian in the early decades of the 20th century. The logo looks to the 1920s for inspiration and has an ornate art deco feel, but is fully modernized with a highly customized font treatment that makes every letter feel individually crafted. The overall effect is contemporary and highly stylized to the point of feeling sculptural.
